Privacy

• The information you provide will only be used to process your order and, if requested, to send email updates.
• We will not share or sell your personal information or email address.

Fabric

• The minimum amount of fabric you may order is 1/2 yard.
• Unless the description states otherwise, all fabric is 100% cotton, 42” – 45” wide.
• We do our best to obtain images with accurate color. For many reasons, including variances in monitors, we cannot promise that the color you see is what you will get. Please contact us prior to ordering if you have a question about a fabric.

Ordering

• All prices are in US dollars.
• We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, & American Express. Sorry, we are unable to accept checks for online purchases.
• If you would rather not give your credit card information online, please call us at (843) 801-5834.
• We reserve the right to refuse any order.

Shipping

• We will make every effort to process your order quickly and accurately. Our goal is to have your order on its way to you within 1 business day of receipt.
• We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen merchandise.

Domestic orders

• Confirmation is included in basic shipping charges. You may add insurance if desired. Additional charge will be added to your invoice.

International orders

• Orders are shipped via USPS Global Priority Mail.
• Postage for envelopes is $19.95 to Canada; $23.95 to other countries. Envelopes will usually hold 5-7 yards of regular fabric.
• Postage for medium boxes is $40.95 to Canada; $59.95 to other countries. Boxes will usually hold 15-18 yards of regular fabric.
• Postage for large boxes is $53.95 to Canada; $77.95 to other countries. Boxes will usually hold 19-26 yards of regular fabric.
• Orders to international destinations usually arrive in 6-10 days. However, on rare occasions, packages may take as long as 3 months to arrive.
• Insurance & tracking is not available.
• No returns on international orders.
• We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen merchandise.
• You are responsible for any custom fees or duty.
• Please, do not ask us to provide inaccurate information to customs. We will not.

Refunds and returns

• We will happily replace any merchandise which was sent in error or has a manufacturer’s defect, provided the merchandise is returned to us in the original condition as purchased.
• We can not accept the return of fabric that has been washed, cut, smells of cigarettes or other odors, or fabric with pet hair.
• Insurance and shipping charges are not refundable.
• You must notify us immediately if there is a problem with your order.
• Do not return any item without first obtaining our authorization.
• All sales of regularly-priced merchandise are final 10 days after we ship.
• Sales of clearance merchandise or bolt ends are final. No returns will be accepted on these items.
• All international sales are final. No returns or refunds on international orders.
